By commissioning you:
Agree to my TOS.
Must be of legal age to purchase (+18)
I have the right to refuse any commission.
Please have your ideas ready before purchasing.
My prices are in USD.
I take payment up front.
I will not work with clients with poor temperaments or hard to manage.
If you are commissioning something involving another client and or as a gift, I must have their consent prior to creating the artwork.OUR RIGHTS
Only me or the commissioner have the right to upload and use the final product.
You are not allowed to remove the provided watermarked image or deface the final product.
I do not give consent for you to allow others to use the piece unless they are involved in the purchase.
I do not offer services to use my artwork in commercial use.DELIVERY TIME
I sadly do not have an estimated time due to how my adhd works.
I provide work in progresses through every step of the commission.
It is important that you give me a proper reference sheet, and to share information needed for the character and commission. Any missed information not provided will result in a fee if needed.
I do not charge for mistakes I personally made.MY RIGHTS TO THE WORK
I have the right to upload the drawing whenever I can. I will charge a privacy fee if requested at the start.
I may use your commission to help advertise my work.
I will not remove artwork if you and the person in the commission had a falling out.FEES
I will charge an extra $30 for any commission requested to not be uploaded.Every client in the Rough Sketch/Sketching phase is allowed 3 edits to be made for free. Any additional changes will be made with a 20% fee based on the commission's form.

Flat Color
Simple drawings with no or minimal shading.Abstract Backgrounds are backgrounds that do not depict a scene, reality or concrete subjects. They are just purely backgrounds placed cause either, a, I felt like it would fit, or b, I was asked for it.If what you're describing is environmental, then it's most likely a Scene background, not an Abstract one.

Cell Shaded
Simple drawings with simplistic shading using two additional tones to create a shading style akin to older animation and anime.Like above, Abstract Backgrounds are backgrounds that do not depict a scene, reality or concrete subjects. They are just purely backgrounds placed cause either, a, I felt like it would fit, or b, I was asked for it.If what you're describing is environmental, then it's most likely a Scene background, not an Abstract one.
